Effective July 14, 2026. These terms govern your use of the A1iO platform and website. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.
A1iO provides software for AI-powered outbound and inbound voice calling, SMS (as a paid add-on), lead intelligence and related integrations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription, subject to your plan's limits (minutes, agents, concurrency, numbers, users and features).
You are responsible for the campaigns you run. You represent and warrant that:
· You hold prior express written consent where required (including for AI/artificial-voice calls under the TCPA and equivalent laws) for every contact you upload, and your attestation at import is accurate.
· You will honor opt-outs, do-not-call requests and STOP replies, and will not attempt to bypass A1iO's compliance controls (DNC scrubbing, calling-hour enforcement, AI disclosure).
· Your use complies with all applicable laws — telemarketing, recording consent (including two-party consent states), privacy and consumer-protection laws in every jurisdiction you call or text.
You may not use A1iO for: unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent calls; impersonating a human when disclosure is required, or impersonating specific real people without authorization; robocall spam; emergency-service calls; harassment; collection of data from minors; or any traffic that damages number reputation or carrier relationships. We may suspend campaigns or accounts that trigger fraud, spam or abuse signals, with notice where practicable.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance; usage (overage minutes, SMS segments, add-ons) bills in arrears at your plan's published rates. Talk-time is billed per second, rounded up to 6-second increments; unanswered dials and voicemail detection are free. Credit packs never expire and are consumed after plan minutes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel anytime effective at the end of the billing cycle.
You own your workspace content — contacts, recordings, transcripts, knowledge bases and reports. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. We own the platform, models' configurations, and all A1iO IP. We do not use your content to train foundation models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We target 99.99% platform availability; Agency/Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA with service credits. Features marked beta are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via in-app broadcast.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those stated. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing configurations and outcomes for your use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim — except for your breach of Sections 2–3, confidentiality breaches, or amounts owed.
You will indemnify A1iO against third-party claims arising from your campaigns, your content or your breach of these terms (including TCPA claims relating to consent you attested to). Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice; on termination you may export your data for 30 days. These terms are governed by California law; disputes are resolved in San Francisco County courts. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
